Postgraduate Courses

In order to take part in the courses, Participants must be registered in the Congress. A limited number of places are available.

HOW TO REGISTER

On-line registration is highly recommended through the Congress official website at

Simply follow the steps to complete your registration on-line.

You have to print it and fax it back to the secretariat office at +886-3-3286700.

You also can download the file of registration form. Fax it back to secretariat office after you complete the form.

The confirmation will be sent back within 48 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received and confirmation will be sent upon clearance of payment. Payment for the registration will be accepted by following methods.

No Refunds Can Be Made

Credit Cards:

Please note that only VISA Card and Master Card are accepted. Please follow the instruction on the website for online registration. For fax, the card number, the cardholder's name, the expiry date and the security code on card (which is the last three or four digit number appearing on certain card) on the signature panel must be indicated in the Registration Form.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Companies and institutes are invited to submit group registrations, provided they have minimum of 10 people to register and stay at the Evergreen Laurel Hotel - the 11th registrant will be waived the registration fee. Companies must submit personal address for each registered person.

All group registration should be submitted by fax (+886-3-3286700). The registration includes one single list of name and address details of all participants and the activities for which they have to be registered. Full invoice address, contact person (which direct phone, fax and e-mail address) must also be submitted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants unable to attend will receive a refund equivalent to 75% of their registration fee provided that the Congress Secretariat is advised of the cancellation in writing before September 15, 2009. Refund requested after this date will not be possible. All approved refunds will be made within one month after the Congress.
