Registration Guidelines

  • All participants are required to create a user account through Online Congress System
  • Due to the regulation of the bank; the online transaction will be processed in New Taiwan Dollar.
  • If you are a first-time user, please create a new profile. If you have already registered, you may login with your e-mail address and password to check your registration information or complete your payment.
  • Last day for presenter to complete registration and payment is August 31, 2016.
  • Online registration must be completed no later than October 15, 2016.
  • Regular registration and payment will cause exclusion in the proceedings and final program.
  • Registration Acknowledgement will be sent out to your email within three days after a completion of your online registration. Participants will receive a confirmation of registration and a final confirmation 1 month before the congress begins.
  • Should you have any further inquiries or wish to receive additional explanation regarding specific matters concerning congress registration, please do not hesitate to contact the congress secretariat.

Cancellation & Refund

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to the congress secretariat.
  • For cancellations postmarked on or before 23:59 (GMT+8), October 04, 2016, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • For cancellations on or after 23:59 (GMT+8), October 04, 2016, no fees will be refunded.
